Installation Conditions

When installing using the dedicated mounting fixture on areas where there is no wooden backing (such as pillars) or steel studs beneath the gypsum board, a separately sold triple grip is required.

In such areas without wooden backing or steel studs beneath the gypsum board, installation with the dedicated mounting fixture is only possible using either the nail method (driving two finish nails diagonally at the nailing point) or the TM method.
