Rubik JP, a specialist mattress manufacturer in pocket coils, developed the L-WAVE SILKY FIBER SERIES by leveraging their expertise. The product name encapsulates the idea of the highest level of comfort inspired by waves. The secret to inducing natural sleep and deep rest lies in the technology that maximizes the use of materials.

To replicate the comfort of pocket coil mattresses, they developed an original ‘Multi-Layer Structured Fiber Mattress’ using a technique that creates layers with varying densities of Silky Fiber made of polyethylene resin to mimic the feel of pocket coils. This multi-layer structure provides a pleasant sinking sensation and depth that is not present in single-layer fiber mattresses.

The Multi-Layer Structured Fiber Mattress is available in two variants as shown below:
