More Than 300 Original Coil Springs for the Mattresses

Creating the essential sleep experience depends significantly on factors such as the type of coil springs, shape, thickness, and filling materials used. However, at the core of comfort lies coil springs. While typical mattress manufacturers combine several types of coil springs and fillings to vary comfort levels, the ROOMRECIPE Mattresses utilizes over 300 carefully selected coils manufactured using original coil-making machines. By incorporating a wide range of coil springs options, they create diverse sleep sensations.

Each individual coil spring, wrapped in non-woven fabric, forms a pocket coil where each coil acts as a point to distribute body pressure, gently conforming to the body and minimizing vibrations. This design helps prevent excessive roll-over, ensuring a comfortable sleep.

In some of the mattresses, two or three different coil spring types are combined, demonstrating the brand’s versatility in customizing the sleep experience for each individual customer.

In addition to the coil springs, the mattress fabric is sourced from the renowned Belgian company Bekaert Deslee, considered the world’s top brand. Furthermore, a newly developed high-density urethane foam created using advanced Japanese technology by Toyo Quality One is used.

Alternating Arrangement:
By alternating the placement of pocket coils, this unit further enhances durability. It offers a solid feeling of support at specific points, similar to pocket coils without a noticeable bottoming-out sensation.

Standard Type:
It is a standard design of the double-sided type, and is generally the most commonly used shape. The comfort of the built-in coil unit can be felt directly.”

Box Pillow Top Type:

This design requires the high craftsmanship of using thick fabric for an integrated quilt with a dome shape. It features a tapeless edge and a soft, modern sensation in the mattress shape.
